Last Updated: January 2025
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Adcom Advantage website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Description
Adcom Advantage provides medical school admissions consulting services, including but not limited to personal statement development, application strategy, secondary essay guidance, interview preparation, and school list curation. Our services are advisory in nature and do not guarantee admission to any medical school.
3. No Guarantee of Admission
While we are committed to providing expert guidance and maximizing the competitiveness of your application, admission decisions are made solely by medical schools. We do not and cannot guarantee acceptance to any program. Past results, testimonials, and success rates are historical and do not guarantee future outcomes.
4. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information about your academic record, experiences, and background
- Meet agreed-upon deadlines for materials and revisions
- Maintain the confidentiality of strategies and materials developed during our engagement
- Submit only your own genuine work in applications — all written materials must authentically represent you
- Comply with all application integrity policies of medical schools and AMCAS/AACOMAS/TMDSAS
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Adcom Advantage website — including text, design, graphics, logos, and blog posts — is the intellectual property of Adcom Advantage and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
Application materials developed during your engagement are your property. However, the methodologies, frameworks, and strategies used to develop them remain the intellectual property of Adcom Advantage.
6. Payment Terms
Service fees are outlined during the consultation process and confirmed in a separate service agreement. Payment terms, schedules, and refund policies are specified in the individual client agreement signed before services begin.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. Your academic records, personal statements, and application materials will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Testimonials and case studies are shared only with explicit client permission, and identifying details are anonymized unless otherwise agreed.

Adcom Advantage's liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost opportunities, application fees, or emotional distress related to admission outcomes.
10. Dispute Resolution
